One of the first lots released after the inauguration of BSC. This lot is based on the original Newman Inc Coal Mine, but has had some further lot development and modding work and has recently been updated using SC4PIM. It now appears in the Landmark menu but has had the plop and bulldoze changed to the original ones as it is intended as a starter lot for a new city. It produces its own water and power but you will need to provide power for any workers. If you have the original lot please remove the files in the enclosed RemoveList or use BSC Cleanitol TM to do the hard work for you.
