Welcome to yet another industrial/Commercial based lot.

SM2 Bricks and Blocks Building Supplies is based on a real life business not too far from where I live. The name

is different but the business model is the same.

Where do you think all the masonry products that makes up SC4 buildings come from?

Lot size = 8X6

IM jobs = 243

Cost to Plop = 5400

Needs power and water to function and you will find it in the Landmark menu.

As usual, this lot includes a custom made base texture.
