皆さん、こんばんは。
私はナサニエルです。 :)

I'm now using TChinese version of Simcity 4.
But I wanna play it in Japanese owing to I want to use left-hand transform that can make my city looks real.
So I turn to you for help. &mmm
I think some of you have the Japanese version of SimCityLocale.DAT.
Could someone provide a copy of it to me?

Thanks a lot. :-[

By memory, the Chinese version of SC4 actually ships with the Japanese files as well.
However, the SimCityLocale.dat file only contains in-game text. What driving side is active is actually determined by the language set for the game, it'll use any SimCityLocale file in that language's folder.

For example, you wanted to play LHT in an American version of the game. The American version doesn't ship with either the UK English or Japanese files, but you can create the folders it would normally use ('Japanese' for Japanese and 'UKEnglsh' for UK English), copy a SimCityLocale file you do have into thar folder, then do the necessary modifications to make it load it.

I have tried and it does work! &apls
Now I can play LHT without changing language.
I'm sorry for asking for a copy of locale.
Thank both of you very much. :)
