Cant Install NAM

Help! I cant Install NAM And im Frustrated! when i click the icon it takes me to a page that says it has an installer but it doesnt am i missing something? please help

It looks like you're not registered at the LEX (the download page) - you need to sign up and log in first (the login is separate from the forums), then you will see the download link.
