Thanks, but it's not SAM :'(.
Little bit offtopic but the Sam1 override is looking much more realistic then the ones your searching for...
Maybe a great alternative?

Thank you
Ernestmaxis but I use street a lot so I don't want to use roads to cut SAM apart. But Thank you anyway! :bnn:
What's wrong with Hoo Ha's parking lots? Why not use those? They're a lot more realistic IMO than the Maxis parking lot textures.

I have Hoo Ha's already. I use those in near my industrial area. And in my opinion it looks out of place in my rural/suburbs. Thank you for the comment but I still want the maxis-match ones haha.
Or is there anyway I can create my own funtional one?

You can in Lot Editor. However, to transit enable it so that there's a street poking out at the entrance to the parking is something I am not sure how to do.
I would think there is a way to edit over the existing hoo ha, just save as, unless hoo ha disabled the save as feature on those lots some how.
As for street connection, there are alternatives, but they involve carefully building other street based puzzles pieces then demolishing them so the street attachment will still stay in front of the lot. Like dragging the rail tool 3 tiles sideways in front where the parking lot is, putting the rail over street puzzle piece in the middle of the 3 tile wide rail, and then finally demolishing only one end of the rail, that should get rid of the over pass and the rail, leaving the street behind. Hopefully I was clear enough painting a pic with words, because I find that challenging.

Thank you so much
j-dub for the levels of detail! My English wasn't that good but I'll try! &hlp

I have used the SAM piece to great effect. Figure out where you want your parking lot.
Then place a short (2-4) section of street leading to your lot.
Demolish lot, and extend street one tile into the entrance of the parking lot.
Place a SAM starter facing the WRONG way (SAM texture away from the existing street).
Delete the placed starter. If your street has changed to the new SAM texture, this should revert it. If not, simply cut away tiles at the other end until the override fails (alternatively, if you wanted this effect, keep it).
Place the parking lot back into the place that it was supposed to go.
Enjoy your fake street connection!
Example:The street and road connections leading into the train station are all false, made with this method (the road connections used NWM starters).

Thank you
APSMS! I'll totally be doing that.
But I've already did my version of Hoo Ha's and it comes out perfectly.
