Myself.or.?

Good Morning Folks,
I'm looking for something that probably doesn't exist,but I'll try anyway.  %confuso
I'm in need of 'a couple' of Train Stations with the rails going through (not Terminus) (and not the Oriental Pack although the idea is kind of the same). Here are two examples of what is needed:

Cologne Central Station

Hannover Central Station

In alternative, could somebody direct me to a tutorial on how to lot something like it?  :-\

Thanks for the assistance.

Hi k808j,
yes, Simggober did have something like it (mostly Terminus) and Ill Tonkso did some very nice ones that would work if reLOTed. It's just not quite what I was looking for.

Sadly, there's only a handful of larger stations where the tracks go though the lot. One example would be xannepan's Amsterdam Central Station, and there's also frogface's Estacao da Luz and oppie's SCC Station, although that one is pretty small already. There might be one or two others of a reasonable size for a central station in a city, but that's all, I think.

Stations like Cologne's, with curved tracks and at an angle other than 45°, are very hard to implement, as they require custom textures and even custom pathing! In addition, they wouldn't be really useful, except for a handful of cases (where the terrain dictates). If you search the LEX and the STEX you will find only few diagonal (at 45°) stations. There's another "problem" with these: as lots in SC4 can only be rectangular, the actual lots for these stations are only a few tiles large, otherwise they would be huge, occupying big unused areas; so most developers have made them really small, with the station model overhanging (you can fill-in the "empty" corners). Because of such problems there are really few diagonal stations released, while there is a huge collection of othogonal stations (all kinds and sizes). Stations at an angle other than 45°, not only would be nightmarish to make, they would also require special networks to connect them to, and would be of little interest to the community.

I guess if you search a little more, you will find (orthogonal) stations to your taste. Here is list of train stations. You may even attempt a re-lotting, or even issue a BAT request (like in this thread) for a station like Cologne's, but in orthogonal form (or diagonal at most). Tracks will rather need to be laid by the players.

Thanks for helping guys. Actually, I dont't need diagonal or similar, just used the pics as examples for what I'm looking for in general. As for the list, checked'em all, and a bunch of others aswell...

Well than, here the inevitable question.
Can someone point me to the most appropriate tutorial for 'LOTmaking for absolute beginners' please? That way I might be able (next year) to make my train station and in the meantime something else useful might just pop up.
