Design of elevated Avenues

Excuse me if this has been asked before but I'm unable to find the "mod" that changes the design - just like in the picture above - of the elevated streets/avenues and so on.
I haven't played this game in a while and now I'm searching for certain things.

The surface and sidewalks in the avenue itself are part of the new viaduct facelift which will be released with the next NAM. The arching effect is from something earlier, I'm guessing something from buddybud on the STEX....

Yeah i was refering to the new viaduct facelift.. well i guess I have to wait for the next NAM then  .

The arches are indeed from Buddybud. It's an unnofficial mod, and I believe it's yet unreleased. It must be around here somewhere...

The viaducts themselves are the new standard viaducts of the NAM Team.
