WOW!!

That looks great. Love the BAT.....hate palm trees, a little petpeev of mine.
The night lights look perfect, not too much, just enough.

I live in Canada, this is the biggest reason I don't like the palm trees....they just don't fit in my scenes or my mind. If you change them than someone else maybe unhappy. Don't change them on my account. The only other suggestion I can make is to make two versions......one tropical and one not. If this is the way you decide than I would suggest some oak tree or something along those lines.

I've started a new Project. I've searched so long,...but i found: The "Arraya Tower" (Kuwait City)
The Building is 300 meter height...I found it has an interesting shape...

I hope you like first Preview, the Textures are not finished....
