Fitness centers?

Today I read every seventh german has a membership card for a fitness club (which doesn't say anything of course how often they go there).

I have some tennis clubs, some pools in my plugin folder but I don't have gyms/fitness clubs, I think.

Are there any? Or do you know some bats that could be relotted to be a fitness club?
