Type N747 on the Stex for a few as well as club malibu, and the Borg. Those are the ones on the top of my head.

Just find yourself some hours of spare time and go to the LEX and search for SimGoober's work. He has about 400 quality bats including many shops, restaurants etc..

Search "club" or "spa" on Capitalsimcity. There's a really nice one. For hotels and luxury apartments, just search for "hotel" and such on the STEX. And there is a nice hotel by Oppie that's only available at Simphoni or SimCity Central.
