Looking for....mod, bigger zonning

Hello, 

Cant recall the name of this.. it alows you to Zone larger areas in game...i tried searching but am drawing a blank..

I had it before but cant seam to find it in my download folders. I am reinstalling cause of a change to Win 7. Also the reason im now waiting on the Dvd ...lol...(The Expansion pack maxis should have tried for) Tried using all my original downloads but found myself checking here and finding they have been updated or not . So to end the confusion I donated and will try the Dvd Route to get the game to the modded point I know and Love.
