If I understand  the score after ky72x and then the no score of Ennedi because of a prior vote then because I also am voting for Q-Tips  , then the score now should be

Tough choice here and I just don't know who to go with.... Nerdly I do like your pic alot but size doesn't matter, what does count here is that there is no real focus point... Q-tips does have a good focal point and its the acccident.... So with that in mind I think I will go with.....................

Well, I think it goes beyond just the size.  Photoshopping is fun and all, but, the point is to use it to accentuate a picture, that is preferably good in it's own right, IMHO.  A picture of fairly generic housing(not being mean, just honest) is unlikely to be very interesting, no matter how much or how good of a rain, snow, etc. effect is put to it.  The subject is first, how you present it second.

That said, q-tip's picture has a much more interesting subject, even if the presentation hasn't been changed any from in-game.  Therefore, he gets my vote again.
