Take a look @ the JPG Compression tutorial.  A must read to help cut away unnecessary file size from 500k+ images to help dial-up users out.

@allan_kuan1992: Nah, I don't think so.

@GoaSkin: Those false mountain trail icon and the missing items sounds a lot like you left some beta files in your plugins folder. I checked the ZIP file, and everything looks fine. Better check your files again, I know how common it is to have some outdated files in there as a developer. ;)

In the top right hand corner of pretty much any screen on this site, click on the File Exchange logo. You will have to register separately for the file exchange.

Then in the left pane of the LEX choose NAM from the drop down list, and click search.
