Golden Dragon Statue

I am wishing for a Dragon's Monument-- of gold, in a lrge pedestal of gold. I think it should increase desirability for all wealth of residential, commercial and industrial. But i can't do it. I need some help from someone with skills to finish it for me? Pls e-mail me at  ammich29@yahoo.com
