moin Corey,
the layout of Robin Township looks really good and well planned ... well done!
pretty nice close ups, too!

Very good so far! Love all the suburbs!

Some constructive criticismon the first town ()sad(): In RL, I don't think that R$$$ sims would live right next to a wall with a train on it!

Maybe if they were to have a R$$ buffer of say 6 tiles of R$$ housing? Just a suggestion

Other wise, great work there my friend  (especially with the closeups and networks &apls)

Cheers!
Richard

Great update my friend!!! Very nice work!!!

rooker1

Very cool update Corey.
But I must say....whatever mod you are using that causes the dirt texture along the highway looks like an eye sore.
Other than that, I like the city layout.

Robin

By 2017 the line will extend up into the towns near according to the news last night.
A deal was struck by NJ Transit & CSX , so NJ Transit could use there old abandoned freight lines in Northern Jersey for Light Rail expansion.  The line will snake another 10 miles north, through cities and towns in Northern Jersey.  Another line is planned for Hackensack and Passaic.

Hope you liked my trip from yesterday, i will post my New York City Trip from later today and my East Shores City later today or Tomorrow!
