So I'm working on a small region that basically at this point is going to be an amalgamation of various US cities during the 1980's. I've pretty much gotten every BAT I could find that would fit this style on top of the necessary mods like NAM and now I'm just short on mods to get the "right looking" infrastructure for my vision and I was hoping some of you might know where to find what I'm looking for.

So the first thing on my list is something to make the wonderful channels of concrete that is the LA River like these:

As well as a bridge like many of the ones that cross it:

The second thing I'm hoping to find is an alternate freeway / highway tile set that looks like the old Boston Artery (AKA green painted steel):

Or maybe something like this section of an expressway in Brooklyn:

Finally, I'm looking for something that changes the elevated rail network to look like the 'El found in Chicago and parts of New York. You know, steel and wood instead of concrete boxes filled with gravel that Maxis made for some reason:

As well as some Chicago styled bridges like these:

If anyone knows where I can find any mods that fit these descriptions and want to link them here then it will be greatly appreciated!

Where ever you go, there you are.

Buddybud was working on an "L" style mod for the elevated rail but he never finished it and was last active 5 years ago. It changed the under supports to a green trestle and the track bed to wood timbers.  All the pictures are gone too...

Another option for LA river style waterways is to use a zero sea level mod then place a concrete texture lot in your now dry river bed. When you remove the sea level mod then the concrete remains under the water.

I guess, the canals you can recreate pretty well with some canal set in combination with a wall set.

F.e. you can make a 3 tile wide embankment (digger lots, NAM) - on the central tile you place the canal:

And left an right of the canal you place some wall set:

Not shure if this works, maybe to work with ploppable water instead of a canal set

I guess, there are quite some combinations of mods you can try out to acchive the desired look.
