Introduction:
Hello everyone, welcome to the topic of my creations.
Thinking that the BAT was difficult, I cut myself "access"to the modeling of buildings for Sim City 4. Then I realized that a lot have started and have continued with tutorials. So I tried the experiment, and the "door" was opened only by the imagination and persistence which were abundant. In the end, I created BATs, improved the experience between me and the community with gmax.

Your postoffice is nice and very useful to those who want to make European regions. Ta lesast in the Netherlands we have these kind of buildings too. Even in my own city a postoffice has this architecture.
And the new project: wouldn't it be a nice Hotel de Ville? In other words: a nice replacement for the american classicist Town hall?

Making a Hotel de Ville out of it should be possible with Pim-X. I never did it myself, though, so maybe it's complex, maybe it's simple.

These houses are very nice. The textures you use are also very realistic. Beautiful old steel sheets, dirty walls and masonry. Maybe indeed the windows in the roof are a bit too flat.
I'll check if these are realistic French houses: I'll go on vacation in the Morvan within two weeks.

&apls It is a very good job done in apartments specially detailing. The texture of dirty roof gives reality to the BAT then only as a suggestion you could try something with walls less bright and somewhat less clean.

Cool lotting, fits the flats well.
Excellent looking buildings and lots &apls Always nice to see good HD stuff. One suggestion though, it looks like some of the car props on the lots are HD and some are not--why not all the cars in HD?

That's because they are 2 different lots side by side Frank, a 3x3 next to the 4x4. ;)
