Enabling Save-As in Maxis LE

I'm not too sure if this is a good place to post this topic, but arising out of this thread where Exla357 was looking for help saving airport lots, I made some inquiries into the workings of the Maxis Lot Editor (which those of us with certain processors must still use as the PIMX disagrees with them) and discovered the possibility to remove occupant groups from the file that determines which are banned from Save-As.

All it takes is to edit the file "LotEditor.ini". (this is found at Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps).

There is a section of the file (which is quite small) called [Relevant Occupant Groups] which has a list of the occupant groups that are by default banned from Save-As. By removing any of these, we are able to unlock the Save-As feature.

Obviously Maxis has done this for a reason, for instance ports, airports and certain rewards should not be duplicated by Saving-As, as this can interfere with the system, as these things need controllers and the like to be in sync in order to not screw up the game (as I understand it). However with the abundance of Eye-Candies in these menus, being able to customise isn't such a horrible proposition.

I made this file to enable Exla357 to save-as when working with Airport eye candies. I think it would be a good idea to indentify all the groups and decide which need to stay banned for Save-As.
