I cannot find the Super Demand Ordinance in SIMTROPOLIS Exchange.  I even searched for all three words separately with no luck then I tried to search for "RippleJet" and still no luck and then I search in LEX with no success.

Do you have a link to the file?  I too am asking for the mod to increase my Residential Demand which will ultimately improve the value of my housing.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
