I noticed the reader has a very big amount of redundant windows...

You can edit exemplars in a main editing window.

You can also edit them in a "navigator", also there is a "exemplar analyzer"
And there is cohort analyzer, and so on...

why not just delete all those? What is the use? what stuff on the reader are absoludely necessary? or why they were made?

I agree there's a bit of unconventional programming going on there, but the various options have been useful to me. The exemplar analyser allows searching by property, and then you can batch-edit the results. Most of the other windows I've seen used by people in various ways, so there's certainly merit to them.

I only wish there was an easier way to directly edit the TGI values (instead of the File info > Edit way). A double click on the exemplars would have been more intuitive, instead you get the analyser.
