I'm not a huge fan of large buildings and cluttered space, I would say that all buildings with flat roofs have abnormal amounts of crap placed on them. This makes a good model even better, prop roof crap.

A Slope Mod!

This slope mod has 7 versions. Average, Smooth, Very Smooth, Extremely Smooth, Mounted, Very Mounted, Extremely Mounted.

2 things I need to finish though.... I need to fix the horses, they are going all over and I need to remove a corn silo that doesn't match the farm it self...

But as you can see, I redid the Maxis farms... Although they are maxis buildings, the Maxis Blocker doesn't block them...

un, nice farms! Though any possibility of giving them custom fields (i.e. SG's, CSX, etc.)?
And the Maxis blocker only blocks Maxis lots, not buildings, which explains the fact that they don't get blocked.

Well, here are some more relots... Just of various lots for the AFDES summits...

This one is no where to being complete but it seems that it will be the hotel. (Wilmignton Condos)


This one is close to being complete as the actually summit spot... But I think it might be to big. (QuiTao Building)


These ones are far from being complete, and I fogot to change the base textures on one of them... The Summit Park Fillers

I really like that QuiTao Building... I think that'd be great to use even outside of AFDES summit complexes!

And the little plaza-thing outside of the hotel building's a nice touch.

Did you make those filler parks? Those are great! They'll be popping up in VS when released...

Oh, and, about the farms, I don't either!  Never made a custom farm lot myself...

Oohhh... cool lots! Which reminds me, I need to make some of my own for my summit. And I've made a couple farm lots, but their nothing special.

New Project!

The title really says it all, I am relotting the Smalltown USA series by JBSimio.
They will include a front plaza of 1 tile. Some will include Christmas Plops.
Some will have a large plaza.

So here is the progress.

So far only one lot has the christmas props, but more will soon.
