A few words 
To vester: It definitely is SC4, this set of props was made by a Chinese player several years ago, of unique ancient Chinese style.It can be found in Simcity China.I also use manchou's rural canal and WMP's stone bridge.As to the river in the pic, it was a little bit PS work
