The LEX is a separate login from here, you must register and login via this page: LINK (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/).

I don't think Mapper works for windows 7.  You can get Terraformer working though.

You can run Mapper under Windows 7, but it requires a little trick because of a bug in the program.

Read the message by FLarsen in this thread (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=10330.msg393342#msg393342). His solution works perfectly for me.
