Esto es lo que hay que hacer:
1º: coloca dos avenidas, una al lado de la otra:

2º: luego, utilizando la herramienta de vias del tren, arrastrala sobre la avenida de esta forma (empieza un cuadro antes de la avenida y termina uno despues, porque sino las vias no se podran construir)

3º: luego, simplemente destruye las vias del tren

4º: ahora construye una avenida en el espacio vacío

5º: nuevamente, arrastra las vias por el lado derecho de la nueva avenida

6º: ahora, destruye las vías y la avenida restante

7º: ahora construye una avenida un cuadro mas alla

8º: Nuevamente arrastra las vías
