Looks rather nice...are you going to use animated props for the wheel itself? Please say yes :P

But if it's animated, I must delete bands of color :/
that ferris wheel looks amazing Youcef, I really love the design of the cabins; Also, nice idea to put the TSC logo on the wheel. And it sure it will be nice to see it moving in-game.
Can't wait to see more progression on the base of the wheel.

Simple : No-HD, Not animated
HD : HD, Not animated
Animated : No-HD, animated

It will be hard for me to choose between HD and animated! :P
