Stand alone BAT?

Does any kind soul know of a stand-alone BAT that I can put on my PC here at work...  I can't install SC4 here at work, but I'd be able to install a program similar to BAT...  Any luck or am I SOL?

BAT is just a plugin for gmax, which can be found here. Try to install it, then the BAT. You only need SC4 to test your buildings in game. Possible you have to create some folders (in your documents folder "Simcity 4\Plugins" and a Simcity folder on your OS partition.
