Dutch style bridge and seawalls

I've been unsuccessfully looking for this bridge and seawalls. Any idea about where can I find them?

The seawalls are the Canal set by Oppie (STEX)

I found the draw bridges, they are available at SimCity Central (registration required, but it's worth it!)
