Look on the LEX under Kevdan25. He did a bunch of various fast food eateries, McDonalds included. I also think JMyers has one in one of his small commerical packs (On the LEX). You can also just goto the STEX and search McDonalds.

That will be because his lots were uploaded under the BSC Custodian, however his lots are available in one pack here:
