Really nice start there, Adept2Rock! Great looking pictures of that city.
Looking forward to more...

tooheys

I really like the concept here, the modern city on the flats with the older regions on the elevated regions.

I have travelled to Europe, and was always fascinated by the historical hilltop towns,  in my opinion you have captured it well here.

One suggestion, don't take the pic's in pause and lose the task bar, it will make your pic's look even better IMHO.

Great start.

Cheers

Dave

Super villages !!

I've made only one village in the game, the name is Marville-les-bois (it's a real village between Chateauneuf-en-Thymerais and Dreux). Maybe you know this RL village Adept2Rock ? (Are you still living around Chartres ?). But compares to yours, mine is a bit crapy &cry2.

Can you tell us where your churches come from ?

Adept, I would have been quit surprised if you tell me that you know Marville-les-Bois since there's only 60 inhabitants living there :D! But well, you never know.
It happens that I went to this village school (now close) for 1 month when I was in CP (French 1st grade) &Thk/(. Actually, my grand parents use to live there.
Talking about some of my city, I still have two pbs with them : 1/ I have to find out how to reduce my picture (Paint I presume)
2/ and it's gonna be harder to solve, mines are crapy compare to yours &ops:P

I really like the work you're doing here. Those farms are so realistic! They make me feel right at home. Your bypasses are really cool too. The BATs you're using are really excellent too. I can't wait for your next update for a taste of some more European areas. =)
