Moonlight made both an El-Rail and Monorail reskin, these are both included in the NAM installer. Marked 1 & 3 in the following image:

I know this. I should mention in my post why I need that actual elevated rail ;
I need these rail to create smooth slopes. :thumbsup:... It's the fastest and easiest way to create smooth slopes.
Actually, I think these rails are included in Maxis original files. Is there anyway I could get these back?

What you are looking for is a slope mod for this network. In particular, I guess it's this slope mod

Keep in mind that you can use slope mods for every network, and that monorail/BTM is the most expensive one to build, so maybe it would be more convenient to use another mod for more frequent use, for example:
