Several properties for parks are set to give values, which are as much in line with the ingame parks and plazas
(which of course doesn't guarantee I haven't made any mistakes)...
Compromises have been made though,
and in several cases it would certainly have been easier to create new and fully independent formulas,
rather than interpolate and extrapolate from those values Maxis gave their parks.

3. Removing RKT1 in Invisible building sub-categories, i.e. <PROPERTY ID="0x27812821" Remove="27812821"/>--><!--Resource Key Type 1--> This is very dangerous.
The RKT1 is instead replaced by a RKT0, pointing to 0,0,0.
For invisible buildings you actually never need to create real invisible models,
and certainly not full RKT1-models, having all 20 views (5 zooms and 4 rotations).
An invisible model is just extra ballast, which isn't needed for the lot to function.
Nothing dangerous will happen if you replace an invisible model with a nonexistent model.
If you want a larger area for the hover query to work within,
simply increase the Occupant Size before making the lot.

Last but not least. All calculations for landmark and park effect are based on average lot dimension, i.e. (LotSizeX+LotSizeY)/2. This formula is simple, understandable and consistent with Maxis buildings. However, Maxis buildings are rather small, and I found parks and plazas of dimensions like 6x8, 6x6. In such cases the results skyrockets, e.g. plaza 5x5 can give landmark effect bigger than Empire State Building, and this with only marginal plop cost. I dont think it is how it was supposed to be working. Unfortunately, solving this would require the change of the entire model for the category...
No formulas are perfect in this sense...
Instead of plopping the Empire State Building, providing a landmark effect of 100,
you can also plop 32 Small Maxis Plazas, providing a landmark effect of 1,600
(albeit with a smaller radius, but they can also be spread out in 32 different locations).
The Empire State Building costs 240,000 to plop and 470 per month.
All 32 small plazas cost a mere 2,880 to plop and 320 per month...
It's not the cost or value of the landmark or park that provides the landmark or park effect...
Instead, you could consider that a city that can afford setting aside large parks and plazas only for recreational purposes,
would indeed be more attractive to residents and offices, and thus provide more park and landmark effect...
