Ummm Im working on the area right now, its gonna be a while cause I have much to do irl
but im working all the small details and whatnot, btw im basing this industry off of the Commerce/Vernon area, rather then the downtown area

i.e. More warehouses less dilapidated

Also the traffic going the same way is just me not knowing how to create the RHW with separated lanes and still working correctly

I believe he means "So U.S.," as in, it looks very much like the United States. I could be wrong, though!
