Wonderful station! I love it! I think that would fit in really nicely in some rural cities :D

thanks for the replies every one. the station will be comming soon. ::)
the canals are well on the backburner due to rl and ram stuff.

ive started an appartment/flat based on the little boltons in london.
ive got a few ideas for this one. maybe a prop family  ;) with custom bases, making them slope friendly, as rendered by 8m wide not 16m like some of the maxis ones.
the diag maybe &Thk/(

gee.. double posting. ::)

this is why you should never use mirror in gmax ()sad() :(
i think i might of forgotten to select those walls in the process.

these will probably differ with colour and a few minor model changes.

it's like good.

For the mirror don't use the mirror button, selected all, clone and use the "mirror" in the "modifier list"

omg, those are SO nice. I hope to see them in the game, they are perfect for urban areas. Goodluck on them.

Gaston

All of this is really some awesome stuff.   Is any of it available?    I would love to have it running in my cities.

Wonderful work on the houses. Some friendly observations for you :). Although I'm assuming the wall textures aren't final, I think they need to be closer to the kind of brown colours on the victorian buildings in this picture (Similar to gascooker's terraces):

I think that the bricks around the windows should be white like the bay windows at the front.

This kind of colour:

Just for future reference (For my own BATing adventures), what heights are you using for each floor?

toxicpiano:

4.6 roof
4.5 3rd
4.5 2nd
4.9 1st floor
1.54 base

all in m.
i'll be making a few of these so the variation will differ- texture wise. i think this one thoe will be the natural brick version.

orange, thanks for the info. this will help save a lot of time.
pat, not sure at this point, but i think we will go for custom content :)
and thanks for the replies baconrocky & Gaston.

no pics today just a reply.

Bighead,

I dunno if this would convince you to spend some more time on the canals... but SG is talking about expanding the canal set some more but he's not adding diagonals.  You've got the missing piece!

Check out Abelfarei!

cabra, things will happen eventually :)

attached is a little road mod that ive been working on :) try zoning some lowwealth or high-med density around the road

SimNation

I like how that line with dashed road looks. Also like how you made that you can see the icon for the zoning density, pretty clever. Any chance you will make this rashed line/straight like compatible with the turning lanes for road? Or perhaps make it a puzzle piece that changes a certain area of the road into it like he rural road mod?

Sciurus

It's very nice but how do you do to have Culs de sacs on roads? ()what()

SimNation, i have a few ideas on how to get it working spontantiously which i'm considering.
Sciurus, make sure you place the two files included in your plugins folder, and make sure they load last. or is this not the problem?

any one remember that w2w I was working on?

well i picked up on it today for a lttle bit and started tinkering with the roof. then it turned into

a train station.

i'm playing with the idea of 1 face for the roof. and should i make it 3 floors?
i think

Sciurus

This is very beautiful &apls
