Attempting to download BSCTexturePack JES Vol05

In attempting to download BSCTexturePack JES Vol05 for the first time, the 'problem' screen appears saying "Download Quota for this lot has been exceeded ...", and will not allow me to download the file. This lot just appeared on the exchange and this was my first atempt, so I don't understand the message. I understand the per day limit, and I'll probably have to wait, but I was curious as how this could happen.

There is a quota restricting your number of downloads per day for the same file.
And yes, you will have to wait till tomorrow before trying again.

If you didn't get the file completely, make sure you empty your Internet cache before trying again.
Otherwise you will continue to download the incomplete download saved in your cache.

Still wondering how it would register 4 tries on my first try  . Oh well, maybe a glitch on my machine. Will try again tomorrow. Thanks again.
