Making this my first question and hopefully get some help. Unsure of others experience these issues at all, though at any rate...
I'm having some issues with content from SimGoober. It's more the problem that steamed from the idea of packing content into megapacks.
The over growing of some lots is really bothering me when only building low wealth cities and areas. It's that bad I need to mark things historical in the commercial zones.
The BATS in question are mainly; SumTingWonk Chinese and his RLS small shops. The first being a huge problem honestly. I've tried deleting the lot and data exemplars via SC4 Tool, which doesn't do anything sadly. It probably just uses the default information in one of the files, either Models or Lots Data.
Is there a way to stop these building taking over areas of my shopping zones? D:
