Welcome to my second CJ Atlantica. This CJ is based in the city of Atlantis, capital of Atlantica. The events in this CJ occur around 2200. The CJ is Sci-Fi and will contain some elements of that in almost every update.
Something you should know about how I play. I use a lot of cheat mods, but generally grow everything in my CJ. Specifically, I use these mods and lots.

Introduction

I am Daniel Hunter, President of Atlantica as well as mayor of Atlantis. We came to Atlantica fifty years ago. Back then I was a Fleet Commander in the Intergalactic Space Force. Word had come of a new planet nicknamed 932B. I was dispatched to explore the planet. I had been on many of these missions before and knew from expierience that I should take a few supply ships along. I chose the V505 supply ships, as well as the T402 exploration craft for my fleet. This is a picture of the fleet over the Klenston Ocean.

We arrived at 932B on December 8, 2151. Protocol stated that before we could land we had to take atmospheric readings. When we did the readings came back with a grade of A+. In other words the atmosphere was better than earth's. We landed just to the northwest of modern day Atlantis. After a couple days of searching for life forms we confimed that there were none. Before settlement could begin colonization, certain structures had to be built. Among these were the Spaceship Landing Zone, Communtications Facility and Embassy Buildings.
"Your tour has been arranged. You will see these facilities today. I must warn you that a storm is approaching and you may get caught in it. Don't panic you will not be harmed. Now go."

"First we see the Spacecraft Landing Zone here is a photo from shortly after its completion.

"Continuing on we see the communications facility. It handles all communication between 932B and Earth. It is also the militaries intelligence center. It looks as if a storm is near while we're here I will give you a guided tour of the facility.

"Okay the storm has cleared let's return to the emabssy. The embassy houses ambassadors from every nation known to man. Up on the 43rd Floor is our President's Office. He has requested to meet with you."

Awright, crushedcar! A sci-fi CJ! First in it's genre here, but if your first post is any indication, those that will come later will have some work to do to meet the standard you're setting.

Anyway, waiting for the next installment...

Update 1-Terror

Inside the Presidential office.
"I have brought you here to look into a series of bomb threats received by several compnaies in Atlantis. The threats demand $14.5 billion, or a bomb will be detonated on July 7th. All the threats were found in the northern half of downtown. I will escort you and a group of investigators there tonight. I will show you the areas threatened as well as where the threats were found. Now get some rest. It's going to be a long night."
As I sat down to organize tonight's tour and investigation, I received a phone call from the Atlantis Inelligence Agency. They informed me of five possible suspects, and informed me that two of the threats were not credible, as they had detained those responsible for the threats, thus stopping those attacks.
Later That Night
"We will visit every site including those threats which have been thwarted. Our first stop will be in Eastern Downtown. This area contains the thwarted threats. Still you may be able to find out what these terrorists motives might be."

"Continuing on we enter Central Downtown. One bomb threat was found in this area. We will investigate that one in just a little while. This area contains two Atlantis's tallest buildings First i need to show you the area arond the final bomb threat."

"Finally we arrive at the waterfront. One threat was found here. This is Atlantis's financial district. Now we'll go to the first bomb threat site."

"This is where the first bomb threat was found. It is the headquarters of Leftwich Construction, and also Atlantis's third tallest building. The threat was found two days ago."

"The second threat was found here. This is a general office building and has a mall on floors one through thirteen. The threat was found yesterday."

"This is the Atlantis Supercomputer. It houses all information for Atlantica's residents. It also contains all criminal records and teleportation data. When in Atlantis, any time you get online you are accessing this database. It is near one of the thwarted bomb plots."

"This is the University of Atlantis's soccer field. The threat here was thwarted; however, you may still be able to deduce the terrorists motives."

"The Mall of Atlantis was the other thwarted plot. It is the busiest mall in Atlantica. I will let you do some investigating and tonight we will rendezvous at NDEX Office Supplies Headquarters to discuss your findings. Oh, by the way here is the list of possible suspects. If you could narrow it down please do so."
We rendezvoused as planned that night. Our discuusion revealed that the trrorists were plotting to kill the most people with one bomb as possible. In addition to that they were trying to mess up the Atlantis Supercomputer. Teleportaion records are used to correctly transport the matter. Any corruption of this data would result in injury or possibly death. We also had a list of five suspects.

(ringtone)
"Yes, hello, this is Daniel Hunter what may I do for you? At Jameson Chemicals? You got a trace? Okay we'll be there in five minutes."

"AIA just intercepted a phone call. 'The wrath of Venus' just threatened Jameson Chemicals. They traced the call and want us to get over ther pronto."

We drove across town not knowing what to expect. We all knew we may not get out alive. These terrorists would be armed. We arrived at the building and rode up to the 89th floor, to the origin of the bomb threat. A voice called over our headsets 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...

Wow, great update! The storyline is very compelling and I love how you use the pictures to point out where these things are happening in the city. One question: What is the building you're using for the Atlantis Supercomputer?

Crash!
We broke down the door. On both sides of the doorway were guards. They started firing at us. Two of the sharp shooters in our group shot them in the shoulders. The rest of the group panicked and started firing on us at random. Their shots were terrible, and they quickly ran out of ammo. We got busy cuffing them up. Then we heard the door slam. I looked around; Alice Polinski had escaped. I opened the door and started running down the hall after the only person I could see. She turned and ran into one of the elevators. She was headed for the roof plaza on 101st floor.

I took the stairs. Running up the flights, I got to the plaza just as I saw a figure jump over the edge of the building. I looked over to see the figure turn on a jet pack and head for Peace Park. Peace Park was just across the river, and would no doubt be crowded at this hour. I checked my watch. 10:05 pm, she was going to try to blend in with the crowds there. I knew that I had to get there quickly.
Almost without thinking I got into my parachute and jumped down. Traffic on the road was light and I landed next to the car we had used drive over here. After removing my parachute I jumped in the car and sped toward Peace Park.

I arrived not a minute too soon. I could see Alice landing over by the Park River Bridge.I hopped out of the car. As I ran toward the bridge I saw that she wasn't moving. When I got to the bridge, I look ed at her. Guessing her height at 6 foot even she was tall and very angular. I charged her knocking her on her back. Just then the ground started buckling and bouncing. I stumbled backwards and fell over the edge of the bridge. The bucking was making hard to hold on. Just before I fell Alice reached her hand out. I grabbed it out of instinct. She yanked me onto the bridge and just as quickly knocked me into a state of semi-consciousness.

She dragged me into a car and started tying me up. We were headed toward the library she said to some driver. The library didn't make much sense since it was just down the block from Atlantis Police Headquarters.

Once inside the library, I was taken down the stairs, into the basement. Then toward the back of the room she opened a trap door and forced me down there.

Today it was the top story on the news. I'm locked down under the Atlantis Main Library. The outside world has no way to conact me. And I'm in the hands of a terrorist group that would like nothing more than to see me torn to shreds.

Update 3-Turning The Tables

I was desperate to say the least. The more they talked, the more nervous I got. They were planning my death for sure. That's when I heard a pulsing sound in my mouth. My phone! I had suspected that these terrorists would have disabled it. Tapping my left thumb and forefinger together I picked it up. "Hello," I whispered.
"......" was all I heard.
I hung up. But now I had an idea. I reopened the connection, then whispered "509-094-8970."
"Hello, this is WTOP Channel 8 Atlantis. How may we help you?" came a cordial secratary.

"You can help by recording this and playing it back in about 30 minutes."
"Sir?"
"Daniel Hunter speaking, contact AIA."
"Yes, Sir."

"AIA recording started." said one of the base generals.
Looking to my left I saw a trash can. I reached my foot over and kicked it as hard as I could. The leader ran over.
"It might help you, if you keep quiet," she barked at me.
"Sorry, ma'am. Say what's you're name?"
"Nellie Parker. Why do you want to know?"
"Just curious. You know any of these people?"
"A few. That's John West," she said pointing. "And he's Robert Gilmore."
"What are you guys doing working together?"
"I don't know. Whatever the corporation says. Why am I even talking to you?" She turned around and slapped me.
I waited until she was gone. Then I told whispered, "AIA, did you get those names."
"Sure did."
"Run a comprhensive check on those names. I'll be there in 10 minutes."
I hung up. Then with my nose I activated the rope cutters on my military suit. After wriggling around for a little while I cut the ropes. Then I ran out the door. I crossed to the nearest teleportation station. Using my ID accessed a secure passage to Atlantis Army Base.

I took a short nap. I awoke to a knocking on my door. It was General Klaximiher. He showed me a chart and said curtly, "This just from the first names we got on that recording."

I stared in amazement.
