inane spelling request: acronym vs. abbreviation of Apple computers

For days now, I have been working on installing the CAM onto my MacBook Pro using the (rather tedious, but I won't get into that here) FileJuicer method.

What I am getting REALLY TIRED of seeing in the line about using File Juicer is this:

"MAC"

This is completely incorrect. All caps should be used for acronyms, such as CAM (Colossus Addon Mod) or MAC (Make-up Art Cosmetics).

Apple computers are collectively referred to as Mac computers, because this is an abbreviation of Macintosh.

I merely ask that those who are including the by now routine line about how Mac users can use FileJuicer, please do so with the correct use of the abbreviation:
