SimGoober's Coal Wharf

I have SimGoober's canals installed and they are working fine.  I downloaded the coal wharf and it has the brown box at the end away from the canal.  Yes, I have read the readme and as far as I can tell have everything necessary downloaded, but maybe I'm missing something, but can't figure out what.
Any ideas???

You are either missing BSC Mega Props SG Vol 01 or BSC Mega Props JES Vol01.
