I also have some advice and a question.Some seawalls would look nice, especially by that road on the first pic! You don't want your poor sims skidding of the road into the water do you? Or are you an evil mayor who likes causing pain and death to his sims?
Theres some nice low wealth/industrial looking concrete seawalls. Try searching CDSdesign on the STEX and they might come up .

Also, why is your MD called Life's So Sweet Right Here In The Passenger Seat? Just curious .
