TSC - workshop of warconstruct

Hello with all, I did not desert SC4, its not, on the contrary I concentrate in a new project.
It acts as the title indicates it of new a Victoria city.

Here a first Lot :

Looks nice!
But:
1. The first BAT (?): is it a deconstructivist McDonalds? Looks nice though. Model is fun, lot is great.
2. I like the second lot very much! But I think the silos in the back are standing in the way of the crane.
3. Always interesting to see industrial and sea port lots. But I think you should not make grass next to a crane like in the third picture of your second post.
4. The fourth lot: Chelsea Mills, isn't it? It looks quite similar to the original that also has a channel side lot, as far as I know. ()what()

I think the major difference here is the canal section.  (correct me if I'm wrong...)  Jestarr and I used SG's canal pieces for the original lot... this appears to be Peg's industrial version maybe?

Yes, indeed. It could be PEG's canals.
I would prefer a lot with some kind of water egde construction (forgot how to call the edge of the port where the water hits the construction), but without actual water. In game you can then use the water filler lots to combine the lot with any canals you like.

And also, after a closer look: the original Chelsea Mills lot is a bit larger with more room for trucks.

sim-al2 Yes you are right, a texture of the type "concrete" will have been adapted better for this type of building and industry .
However there will be of another version of this type, and I think of taking again these LOTs.


FrankU 1 : Yes the first building is mac Donald HD, certain person on TSC my fact of noticing that it was not very adapted, it with the pace of a "sculpture"...
                    2 : Thank you, I also find that the cranes of Jeronij are perfect, textures of the type "concrete" will be made soon.
                    3 : Yes grass textures will be removed.

4 : In last the LOT I simply adapted the channels to those of PEG .

FrankU ( 2 ) Yes your reflexion is very interesting, indeed that the LOT can combined with any type of channels and of river is very practical.
You have to give an idea to me, which I had not thought  $%Grinno$%




I work in this moment to reproduce an university residence with are various campuses these administrative building, these classes .

In a design of university centre we can find various equipment:
-park
-center sporting with swimming pool, skating rink, sports ground ...
-various equipment of information for the young people, in order to have a vision on their orientation future .
-canteen, university canteen...
-meeting room for various event like festivals of end of the year .
-parkings
-several networks of bus, train...

Hey Warconstruct looking this looking real great here!! I do have one suggestion though on this one though as you can see here,



If possible to connect this area with a T intersection to make a full connection and that way it would look flawless like soo...

Pat there does not exist of intersection for this type of texture .It is a right-sided against high with dimensions , _| .
