Program window doesn't show

I have all the dll-files that is require in the windows\system32 folder and have reinstalled directx 9c.

The splash screen shows and the program shows under process, but not under programs.

This what the exe.log file says:

Hi Vester.  How big is the region you are trying to open?  If it is too big the tools will show but the editing window will not show.

I see what I did wrong.

Gave the program an empty folder.
