Quote from: mike3775 on September 06, 2012, 04:07:07 AMHaljackey should be hired by some transportation department in the US, he knows how to build highways and upgrades within reason, unlike the morons that are paid to do it now
Quote from: Haljackey on September 06, 2012, 10:37:20 AMLet's start with this. Elevated RHW over avenue. I think Blue Lightning tried to make this one.
Quote from: Haljackey on September 06, 2012, 10:37:20 AMThere was once a 'jughandle' curve that was possible to make with the MIS prior to RHW 5.0. Today it's a missing link as it was considered impractical.
Quote from: Haljackey on September 06, 2012, 10:37:20 AMEl-RHW to raised avenue transitions were also taken off the list, but they still work when brought together. (A elevated highway to el-RHW transition piece does exist)
Quote from: Haljackey on September 06, 2012, 10:37:20 AMDouble 's' curves are nice, but I'm hoping for double FARHW pieces one day. They're possible with avenue, so why not RHW?Double FAR curves would make designs like this more appealing ascetically speaking.
Quote from: Haljackey on September 06, 2012, 10:37:20 AMAnother big 'nono' from day 1 was RHW-avenue intersections. It was thought many would exploit the RHW by failing to make them for what they are intended to be. However I'm still for them because they work well on 'expressway' class RHWs. (Limited access highways built to a lower standard and can have intersections.)
Quote from: Haljackey on September 06, 2012, 10:37:20 AMAnother piece I'd like to see is the RHW-6C to dual RHW-4 with RHW-2 in the middle for elevated segments. It would work well for scenarios such as this: I want this RHW to connect to the avenue below it.
Quote from: Monorail Master on September 13, 2012, 08:26:28 PMMan.....I want that there OWR-4 splitter into 2 OWR-2s and that ERHW-4 over AVE-4 so badly....

It really is interesting to see all of it as easy as this! Post some moar stuff if you have time! Sure... Here's a mini-update for you.Made this junction with RHW 4.0. Hard drive died and latest backup files I had were a few months before I made this creation. That first one is interesting. Shame you lost it! Oh and btw that rail station looks superb with the rest of it! After putting it off for a long time, I decided to tackle it with RHW 5.0.Which looks better? (Don't mind the monorail/HSR/BTM glitch, I'm working on fixing that )
Quote from: AngryBirdsFan436 on February 19, 2013, 01:53:05 AMIronically, Haljackey, on page 445 of the RHW thread, you can see a fix for the jughandle curves! Scroll down and you'll see that somebody posted a picture of the bug. A post later, Tarkus made an attachment fix for the curves. You can just download it there! Although, NAM 31 is just 1 week away, so I think you may not need it!
Quote from: MandelSoft on February 19, 2013, 03:51:46 AMAlso, notice the difference in width between the orthagonal and the diagonal stretch. It looks hideous!
Quote from: AngryBirdsFan436 on February 21, 2013, 03:52:49 AMGreat video, Hal! What kind of tree mod do you use? Is it the CPT Tree Replacement Mod?
