getting back into sc4 for the 5th time in 10 years.
Just re-bought off steam. Am recompiling all my favorite content....again!!
I just noticed the following files "BSCfields.dat" and "popfile.dat" in the following folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps
Are these associated with the regional tracker by Daeley and if so is this the right install location ie why not in the root (steam) plugins Directory? Files were installed by auto installer (I presume?) and I cant recall where they would have gone on my previous simcity install.
edit - ok finally realised there is a starter city to check install and all seems to be working so assuming its ok.
