A bug issue with texture.

I am having a bug issue with a texture on some industrial lots, I was wondering if maybe someone knew what texture or file I am missing or what might be conflicted. The lots in order of images are Owosso Beet Sugar Factory, Chelsea Mills, Silver Rock Sunflower Seed Company, and Prairie Star Food Company.

My first response would be read the readme  "$Deal"$

Texture packs that can be found on Owosso Beet Sugar Factory's lex details page:
BSC Textures Vol 01
BSC Textures Vol02
BSCTexturePack JES Vol04
ncd_Railyard Texture Mega-Pack Vol01

On the Chelsea Mills:
BSC Texture Pack Vol02
ncd_Railyard Texture Mega-Pack Vol01

... and on Prairie Star Food Company:
Railyard Texture Mega-Pack Vol01
BSC Textures Vol02

My guess would be one of the first two.

There's two versions of the Railyard Texture Mega Pack.  You need version 1.00 as well as version 1.02
