Like I said, this is not quite clear to me.
I have this set of SFBT Mayorplop called "SFBT Bürgermeistermodus-Ploppables" ...

...and it clearly says in its description....

...but this (pic below) is happening when I plop those with my mayormod ingame. Only the first two logprops appear on their first click only only, after that, the *missing dependency* giftbox appears. All other plops get the "box".....Am I missing something or do ........?? ()what()

...and Yess...I have the SFBT Essentials file.
Help and unlocking this mystery would be appreciated, thanks. :)

Fred

Hmm, I've never had any problems with these ploppables. You can try reinstalling them and the SFBT essentials.

Weird, those should be self-contained indeed. Make sure you don't miss the "SFBT_Forst_Props.dat" - it contains all log and firewood props. The fact that some models appear to be present, while others produce a brown box might be due to the presence of the file "SFBT_Holzwirtschaft.dat" that is contained in the SFBT Essentials. When we created the Mayor Mode ploppables, Mathe Man rendered additional models (diagonals etc.), so we added those to the "SFBT_Forst_Props.dat".

Done before, and it didn't change anything...Thanks for trying to help.

The file comes with the Mayor Mode ploppables. By default, it gets installed in the \SFBT\SFBT_Props subfolder. I don't know how you organize your plugins folder, but maybe you've missed it when shuffling around the files into your personal folder structure.

ok, let's start from the beginning.
I have these SBFT Essentials installed:

http://kurier.simcityplaza.de/details.php?file=5

As dependencies were mentioned on the bottom of the page that it needed:

BSC Mega Prop Pack von Cycledogg (BSC MEGA Props - CP Vol01.dat)
Columbus Tree Mod von Cycledogg (CPT_No8_TreeModelsPartOne.dat, CPT_No9_TreeModelsPartTwo.dat)

PEG Mountain Theme Pack Essentials (PEG_MTP_RESOURCE_vol1.dat)

Ok, the ones in Blue I have installed, but the Peg file not so, could that be the responsable for the missing props?

Edit:  ...found the Holzwirtschaft file....Is that the one?

Problem solved!

Here is how I did it, or at least I think.
When I re-installed the SFBT props and proppacks (incl. the Essential file) earlier, I took these files (SFBT installers) from my saved CD, where I keep all my files ever downloaded (some are pretty old there), and that didn't make any changes in my game.
Therefore I got the idea to re-download every SFBT propfile and essentials  from Simcity-Kurier and reinstalled them into my SFBT Pluginsfolder. There I realized , without really bothering exactly what exact file it was, that one file was about to overwrite an old file that was updated on may 10th and was bigger by 300 some Kb. Aha, I thought that must be the problem, my files were too old to be up to date.
As I thought (and largely hoped) I went directly into the game to find out that my SFBT Mayor Ploppables are just working fine now.

Thanks to everyone for help and any ideas that it may have been given to me to act so. Glad it's solved. ;)

Yeah, the SFBT Essentials is one of the files that gets updated every now and then, so if one or more SFBT lots seem to have missing dependencies, try to download the most current version of the essentials first. I think we will release another update together with the advent calendar stuff, but we still have to do some internal logistics for that. Needless to say, I will make an announcement timely. As for the Cycledogg and PEG dependencies, those are intended for the SFBT Tree Prop families that are used on many SFBT lots. You can choose between the Maxis or said tree props, but for the latter, you need those external dependencies, of course. A more detailed explanation is included in the SFBT Street Tree Mod.

Thanks Andreas for the information, I will surly keep an eye on the Essential file.
Since most of my BATlots that I download from anywhere are remodeled to my taste and fitting within the limits of my Plugins folder, I don't have many of PEG's mods and essentials noir other propacks which are seldom used and needed. Some of Peg's are also interfering with my essentials which of course make my game crash or plop things where I don't want to or.....Well in other words, I have enough "stuff" in my plugins and every download needs to replace something older. (nothing against Peg's stuff, they are all just fine except limited to stay mostly with his props and mods.

I have several Plugins to play with different regions or different citytiles in one region, and they total 14 Gb of contents.
My Mainplay Plugins is 6.5 GB and should stay at that point to make sure the game plays well with my size of computer.
I will keep an eye on the SFBT Advent Calendar, don't worry, I won't miss it like last year....;)

Thanks again, much appreciated....and happy Advent.
