There'll never be enough trees and yours look great! Hope they'll be seasonal though. ;)

Girafe

It's a good start. Increase the size of the leaves and be less blue  ;)

This is the end, hold your breath and count to ten, feel the earth move, and then...

Thank you gentlemen.

@Antoine: merci pour l'info, je reviens dessus prochainement.  ;)

Little progress on the Grand Kamellia, added roof junks, the first chairs, umbrellas and adjusted some textures.
I also tested the Ambient Occlusion option on the walls and it works rather well.  :) But the glass material decidedly doesn't!  :angrymore:

Hello

Very good job for the flat  &apls

Have you an idea of a date to propose in download : Abelia  , Montevideo , BLOX ?  :sunny:

gn_leugim

I wonder I wonder, what the heck is that? ^^ will wait to see :p

Swordmaster

Reminds me of Crystal Palace, but that's unlikely I guess. ;)

Good work on the big block, that'll be interesting to use.

Cheers

Antoine, yes the old branch call me like that. :D Il devient un peu gateux.  $%Grinno$%

pierrebaptiste, no idee at the moment sorry, I'm still working on them.  &mmm But Costa Ozor is in TWrecks's hands, he already show me some LOTs and it's great!

gn_leugim, Lloyds Building in London my friend.  ;)

===============================================

For the Grand Kamelia, I started thinking about how we are going to make the LOT.
We know that very large LOTs have a high crime problem + there is a limit in the number of Props & Textures you can use on a LOT.

This is how I see it:

LOT_A: the center one, contains the GRAND KAMELIA SC4Model setup as a Growable $$Res. The occupancy size has been resized to fit on a 6x4 LOT.

LOT_B: the left one, contains an invisible SC4Model setup as a Ploppable $$Co or$$Cs. In this situation, the LOT is also 6x4.

LOT_C: the right one, contains an invisible SC4Model setup as a small Ploppable Police Station. In this situation, the LOT is also 6x4. This LOT can also be a Park  to increase the desirability.

Click on the picture below for a more precise description.

Tell me if you think that's a good idea or if I'm crazy and stupid please.

Good luck man. ;) It looks nice so far.

Looks great also. I like the idea of three separate lots better.
I'll take a quiet life... A handshake of carbon monoxide.

Aha! I wasn't far off with my Crystal Palace, given how Lloyd's was influenced by it.

I wonder how long it'll take you, though. Very complicated.
