American Flag prop for JBSimio's Schools

I am missing the American Flag for the Hadley School and the Post Office by JB. The file is LM1XIX18_AmericanFlag_2CAB, I have searched and can not find it.

Chances are you need the one flag many nations prop by Peg. It's listed as one of the dependencies of the school pack.

And for PEG's One Flag Many Nations mod to work, you need to install Maxis' International Day of Peace Prop, which can be downloaded here on simcity4.ea.com

Can it be downloaded anywhere other than simcity4.ea.com?  Because I'm unable to register there.

first of all i am really really sorry to bump this one year old thread, but:
Now that I read it I recon why my flags don't show up how they're supposed to do, I am missing the intl. day of peace prop.
Problem: I can't access the SC4 page for whatever reason (it doesn't let me log into my account, always end up at the login screen tho name and pw are correct). Neither can I download from Zelgadis' site, I says access restricted.
Any other way to obtain the intl. day of peace prop?
