The terraces will make a fine addition to Schulmania. :)

Thanks very much guys....it seems there must be a lot of people who like the UK themed stuff.

Coopers Hall, Theatre Royal, Bristol

I have only done the original Coopers Hall of the Old Vic (leaving the remaining mish-mash of conjoined buildings out of the BAT). The facade is a reasonably faithful reproduction, but I've increased the depth and added arches to the sides/rear to add some visual value to the otherwise blank walls that usually accompany W2W bats.

It's available here: http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/28144-coopers-hall/

Off to add this one to the collection! :D

Next up

Miller Street Offices

CO$$$ offices on a variety of lots. This is your typical late 80's early 90's mid-rise.

Available here:http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/28161-miller-street-offices/

I just wanted to pop in here and thank you for all your contributions to this game.  I am especially excited to use some of your 19th century style buildings that were recently uploaded.  Keep up the great work

Thanks SimCoug

This next one is certainly not 19th century....

Vu Security Services

This, like all of my police stations, will help assist in controlling the crime bug in MEGA lots, as well as having an expanded coverage radius. It is available here: http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/28175-vu-security-services/

Air6

Great it complete very well the others Dr Vu BATs on my city. Which will be the next activity of Dr Vu ?  :)

Thanks Air6....unfortunately, any activity of Dr Vu always remains classified, so I cannot divulge that information  $%Grinno$%

Ainslee Condominiums

A typical urban 3 story low-rise apartment block with 8 apartments: I made this as I can never find enough transitional content when trying to move from suburban sprawl to high rise. These grow on a 3x2, 3x3 and 4x4 lot

Available here: http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/28190-ainslee-condominiums/

Reform

Ainslee Condominiums seems to blend well in any tileset. That's nice. BAT itself is wonderful.

I am often building older style towns and cities, so I am also very excited about your 19th century style buildings. Thank you for your work and effort.

Another great addition. I didn't wait one second to download it. Thanks

Jack_wilds

also like the new condo/townhouse/apartments things ... as their generic-ness will blend well into a few of my bland suburbs... :) :D :P :satisfied: thx for sharing

Thanks all.

Next addition to the electronic garbage heap

Regis Condominiums

Fulfills a similar niche to Ainslee Condominiums, but has a more Mid-Atlantic US feel. It is in a building family for whether the white/brown version to appear randomly on the 2x1 lots: the 2x3 and 4x4 use the same model for a more uniform look. It's available here

Swordmaster

Great work, Matt! This will definitely pop up in my backyard.

Cheers
Willy

sunv123

Yes it does look very Mid-Atlanticish :P, as i do see these types of buildings very near my house. :)

The dung heap grows larger.....

Don't sell yourself short Matt, these are great!  &apls

Any change you'll do some more 19th century terraces and the like? There just aren't enough!

I'd second that. Plus anything in the federal or greek revival style would always be welcome.

Cheers

I third this. Such a talented BATter such as yourself has done a great job with all of your terraces and I am sure that any more that you would produce would be grand.

Another great upload - I appreciate the extra work you put in to add the extra variations.  I really wish more BATers would take advantage of building families.  And I'll go ahead and add my vote for more 19th century stuff - you really have a knack for making those older buildings pop.  Thanks again for sharing.
