Hi, David ...
Merry Christmas again and I think You can do it ...
Good Luck ....

Pretty spiffy gifts you've been working on around here (curious to know what the radius of the rail curve will be). Hope Christmas with the family today was enjoyable (great picture by the way) and I wish you luck with the new curves.

Exactly what I wanted to ask about (but of course didn't) when you started with the roads. This will save some important thight tiles around rivers :satisfied:

Amazing work on the textures, David!

And thank you, Andreas, for packaging them for the next NAM.

Merry Christmas!

Cheers,

David, those road curve textures are awesome!

Nice in-game shot Andreas!

Question about the road curves (or street, I can never remember which),
I have placed a bunch of the original curves,
Will these new ones auto replace the older ones, or will I need to manually replace them?

I'm fine either way, just curious (and perhaps a little lazy  :)

Merry Christmas, and happy holidays!

Thanks! :) And yes, the new textures will replace the old ones automatically.

I just finished the Euro textures as well. The 45 degrees curve has a slight shift in one line, but I'll fix that in a minute.

Nice work

Now if I was skilled enough to get them into my system it would be great.

Hey that face looks fimular. Where you the guy complaining about having to take off the shoes cause he had a hole in his sock?

Just Kidding David. Hope you and your family have a great  Holiday.

Hey, most of the credit for the road curves goes to Andreas (who fixed all my boo-boos on v2), and Alex (Tarkus) and Memo, who figure out how to path them and make them into puzzle-pieces in the first place.  But thank you, folks- whatever I do, you know who I'm doing it for.

I'm working on central pivot irrigation [linkie] textures today.

If you've ever flown over the north-central U.S or the Canadian plains provinces, you know what I'm talking about.

Anybody want give BATting one of these a shot?

Just an aside- we'll almost certainly break 2,400 posts and 48,000 page views here at 3RR before midnight New Years Eve.  That's an average of just about 200 comments and 4,000 page views a month during 2007.  You folks are the best!
