Construction has recently finished on a new hospital complex.






New high wealth housing across the river from downtown has also developed.


The Alpine Grove district has recently developed, opening up medium and highwealth condos as well as commercial space.

The shopping district, full of Walmarts, Mcdonalds, Target etc.
